Penelope is an illustrator on a mission--to create artwork that inspires, artwork that touches, artwork that forces a smile. Her illustrations, which are usually line-drawn with a Rapidograph .25 and then painted in watercolor, rarely span wider than a few inches, but there's something going on in them that somehow exceeds the two dimensions.
