Mosaic Minds has survived its first year and is going stronger than ever! Beverly Tjerngren has put together a special Gush to celebrate our first active year.

As part of our one year anniversary celebration, I'd like to take a moment to recognize our Staffer of the Year. All of us have worked hard to pull this thing off, but one woman has gone above and beyond the call of duty in every issue. If something's not finished, she quietly volunteers to do it herself. If something isn't formatted correctly, she goes in and takes care of the problem. If we need more content, she writes it. She's spent the year honing her writing craft as well as her editing skills. Beverly Tjerngren has earned her place as the 2004 Mosaic Minds Staffer of the Year.

We hope you enjoy this issue of MM. We don't have quite as many articles as always, but we have some phenomenal writing this month.
