What If?

Welcome to the fifth edition of Mosaic Minds. We're finally starting to get the hang of this whole 'zine thing after six months of hard work. This issue is a little different from previous issues. Katrina Martin, an editor and contributor, has moved on to paying gigs so we've done a lot of restructuring. Jasmine Rizer has stepped up to the plate and offered her services as our new Music and Movies editor. Inquiring Minds columnist Dawn Brushammar has taken over the book section, perfect for a librarian like herself. We've drastically cut down on the number of reviews, choosing to go for more in-depth features. This month you'll find a whole slew of new columns in our entertainment section. The columns can be found on the side bar; the features can be found by clicking on Feature Articles and scrolling down.

I'm also thrilled to announce the addition of Susan Griffin (aka She-Dork) to our staff. She's got her own movie column, Reeling, and is taking over the Joyful Girl column.

We're all especially proud of this issue and hope you will enjoy it. We think it's our best work yet!

On a side note, we've been having some serious troubles with our e-mails so if you sent in something and never heard back we apologize! This problem just became apparent and we are trying to see what we can do to correct it. In the meantime, if you have problems e-mailing us through our moscaicminds accounts you can try to reach me direct at carriep(at)gmail(dot)com. I'd rather deal with offers for pr0n than miss a great submission!
